this hotel was a bit of a letdown, no elevator was a hassle for my heavy suitcases, not to mention the view of a brick wall. i almost gave a good review, but the staff's lack of special treatment or an upgrade left me feeling pretty ordinary. come on, who doesn’t love a little pampering?

The beach access was fantastic, perfect for our family of five. My teens loved the water sports nearby, and we spent a day at Saipan Country Club, soaking in the stunning views and enjoying a round of golf together.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

great staff but some amenities are lacking
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met. They even prepared my room 7 hours before check-in time, which was impressive. The breakfast made to order was not only fresh but also filling. I enjoyed the city view from my room, which added an extra charm to my stay.
The hotel lacks a lift, which can be challenging if you're carrying heavy luggage.

We stayed in a room with great natural light, thanks to the friendly staff who switched us to a front-facing room. There are nice spots to relax by the pool, and the spa services are a perfect way to unwind. The only drawback was a minor charge for the airport shuttle, but it didn't take away from our enjoyable experience. 😊
